Who is Nariño's advisory suited for?
We work primarily with small and mid-sized manufacturers in Colombia — firms that have established production but want a clearer view of how their supply chain fits together. If you're preparing for growth, managing a disruption, or simply want more visibility, we're likely a fit.
How does a Supply Read session work in practice?
We meet with you — usually for two to three hours — to walk through your current sourcing, production rhythm, and delivery process. We take notes, ask questions, and look for where friction or uncertainty tends to appear. Afterwards, we share a written summary and schedule a follow-up call to discuss next steps at whatever pace suits you.
What does the Supply Chain Study involve for my team?
The five-week assessment includes a working session with your operations team — not a lecture or presentation, but a collaborative review. We look at the same data together, discuss what it suggests, and make sure the roadmap we produce reflects what your team knows and what they can realistically act on.
How is pricing structured?
Each service has a fixed price: the Supply Read is $123.000 COP, the Operations Companion is $206.000 COP per month for three months, and the Supply Chain Study is $318.000 COP for the full five-week engagement. There are no hidden fees. If a service doesn't feel like the right fit after our first conversation, we'll say so.
Do you work outside Bogotá?
Our office is in Bogotá, and most of our in-person work takes place here. For firms in other Colombian cities, we can arrange remote sessions or occasional travel, depending on the nature of the engagement. We're happy to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
How do you handle confidential information?
We treat everything you share with us as confidential. Before any substantive work begins, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. We do not share client data or operational details with other clients or external parties.
